| Dont treat new members with disrespect,flaming, and neg rep. If you negative them, them will be discouraged and want to quit. That is the exact opposite on what this site's goal is. We are looking to make a great modding community and to help each other in our modding needs. Maybe that One-Hit Wonder could turn out to be a gold member, maybe even a moderator, or maybe even an admin. Who Knows, Give every user a chance.
